Just for the record, Erlend is my sisters boyfriend, and he has been alone at home this past week when my sister and Camilla have been on holiday to Rhodes. So we invited him over to stay with us on Saturday, camping in my brothers room during the night, for so coming along with me and my daddy to pick up the two travelers at the airport today. He did not spend the night with me, if that was the impression I gave you HAHA

Sunday

Today I was gonna be awfully good, sweating out all the extra calories I consumed last night in form of chocolate (M&M’s and Maltesers), Coca Cola (in more than one form), chips and dip. Started the day okay, woke up around 8:am, had my Special K and was fully dressed and such in good time before the rest of the household started moving in their beds. BUT.. Somehow I ended up in front of my Macbook, too lazy to even bother doing any exercise at all. Making up excuses for it in my head, such as “Too early”, “Too many people around” and bladiblah. So I made up my mind about doing some serious exercise once mummy, daddy and Erlend went to get Monica and Camilla. BUT.. My mum decided to stay home, meaning there would be a free seat in the car, and of course I wouldn’t say no to a trip to the airport (CAN’T WAIT ‘TILL NEXT TUESDAY!). Camilla and Monica told us stories about their stay in Rhodes, seemed pretty pleased about the experience, which is good. Monica and Erlend came back to ours where we had Sodd for dinner. Yummy^^ Got Rhodes pressies off my sister, thank you! Then when my sister and Errrlend went back to theirs, mum and dad driving them, I finally got off my lazy bum and onto the exercise bike for an hour or so while watching LA Ink. And it felt goooooood! So now I’m sat in my room about to head to bed, after making supper for me and my parents (a lovely renolette).

That was my weekend. How was yours?

Bowling Queen

The lovely Camilla have finally come home for a few days before heading off to Rhodes tomorrow with my sister Monica. She lives, studies and work too far away from my likings, tho I’m not the one to talk am I, who most of the year spends her time even further away. But yeah, it has been a boring summer without this colorful, awesome girly, and I’ve missed her muchos. Yesterday I finally got to meet her again, as me, Camilla, Lise Marie and Line went bowling. At first I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go, as I don’t really know how to, but decided to not miss this opportunity to spend some time with mates I don’t meet that often.

Getting proper into it I realized bowling is actually quite fun. Even had the style for it, yeah totally. Walked up to the line, stopped, for then to throw the bowling ball, one leg proper out like I’m ice skating. At one point I even managed to drop the ball behind me, which was rather embarrassing but awfully fun. So thought the others around. But hey, I had to do something right, when I then actually threw it the right way, I got a strike!

What a style!

What a style!

Who would have thought the one with the most crap style and the least experience in Bowling would win the first set?! Stocked I am, might have found my call in life, to be a professional bowler. In the second set I came second not many points behind the winner, Lise Marie.

OMG!!!

OMG!!!

After the bowling we went to a local pizza place where we ate kebabs, ironic?
Headed off home, where Camilla joined me for a few hours of Singstar. Good night, great friends.

My photography contest is ending TOMORROW! Get your picture in!
Read about it HERE.

Payday!

I got my first paycheck today and that meant me and my wonderful bessie miss IdaPida could finally order some flight tickets home to Sunny, beautiful Wolverhampton, and boy does it feel good to be done with that. Now I can just sit back, relax and wait for end August to arrive. It feels great. So we are leaving morning August 25th, and that happens to be the day before Lostprophets are playing in… Wolvo! Me and miss Lizy therefore booked us some tickets off seatwave as the concert was sold out. So glad we were able to get them. What makes it even better is that I know that Camilla, Monica and Ida all will envy me for that, mwahahaha *read evil laughter sound*

Excited much?

Excited much?

Do you have anything you are proper excited about nowadays?

Howdy you trustful reader

What happened to my dashboard? It now looks all fancy and blue. I like it :D

So like most times I don’t know what I’m gonna write about, so let’s talk some more about that. Whenever I am bored I seem to do this, blogging I mean, but I don’t mind, cause I love my blog. My blog is fierce. Tho I am a bit tired of the layout, might change it. Again.

Tomorrow it’s Friday, and that means only one – 1 – week left of my first year at University! That’s mental, I feel like we just started for crying out loud. I’m almost done with all projects except the last one, but that will be okay, I’ll get that done no worries. Gonna miss my class mates over the break, we’ve got some kick ass people starting the second year in September I tell you. Hope you all will have a great summer, don’t forget about the Norwegian one please! I’ll miss you.

Today is Sarah’s birthday, our immature little brat has now turned 19(!) and tomorrow we’ll come with presents and drinks, for some nice food and company. Should be fun. Yet another I will miss during summer. I love you hun.

Here at home in our house the bugs are having a blast, especially in the bathroom. I must admit I won’t miss them that awfully lot this summer. Actually the opposite if I may say so. That goes for the big bug as well. Period several times a month much?! Djeez..

I went shopping yesterday, once again, this time alone so all pressure were on me. I was looking for light blue or gray jeans, found some in Primark, but bleh, they didn’t look good. So I went by TK Maxx, where I couldn’t find any. I did however find a green shorts thingy, picked it up, then went upstairs to the mens wear, where I found another shorts, tried them both on, and oh, the guy-shorts were pretty epic. I bought it. Then Ida has the nerve to say I only bought it because it’s like a Dougie shorts. Bullshit! I actually liked it and it is a Dougie shorts tjihi Let me take a picture for you.

I just checked out that Blazin Squad’s new single, that’s out in June I think, it’s pretty good actually. But I was sure they had split years ago lol. Apparently not. Now it’s only like 5-6 of them, compared to the camp they used to be. I’m not fussed, the fittest ones are still there, Lee and Kenzie. ANd oh boy, that Kenzie has become FINE… Yum, my newest friend on facebook haha xD But seriously, I’m drooling. He could be a guy for Camilla I reckon..

With that exotic look, brown eyes and killer body… Hmm, I change my mind, I don’t think Camilla would fancy him. At all.

I had more to say, but it’s getting late, going to the tanning saloon tomorrow morning so need sleep. Niiiight

Challenge!

So both Katrine and Stine challenged me to do this, so therefor I’m gonna do this.

Challenge; Choose the 5 objects in your room that means the most to you, show ‘em off and explain why they mean so much to you.

My dear iPudd dressed in pink. This is a sure lifesaver for a person traveling a lot, as the waiting and such is actually quite boring. It is therefor absolutely fantastic having my beloved iPudd, filled with my favorite music, videos and pictures, there to make the time go a tiny bit faster at least. I wouldn’t wanna be without it.

I got this album last christmas. It contains pictures of all the most memorable moments of the last years of my life, spent with such amazing people I am shit hell lucky to call my friends. Whenever I miss them, I can just take a lookie in the album, finding myself grinning, reading the lyrics mixed with the mongoness captured on the images. The cherry on top of the ice cream, what makes this album even more special to me, is the fact that it was a present from the most important girl in my life <3

This poor, little hippopotamus, named Bamse Solhaug (Yes, creativity is my middle name) means the world to me. I can’t remember when I got him, or who gave him to me, but from day one he was my number one play mate. He’s been with me everywhere, holidays and what not, it’s a miracle I haven’t forgotten him anywhere! I could not go to sleep at night if I didn’t have him there with me, and I can’t count how many times I stayed up way past my bedtime, looking for him, running the house around to find him, even my parents running around looking for the little fellah. He always turned up after some hide and seek tho, and he is still with me here in England. Makes me feel right at home.

This shouldn’t be a big surprise, and the reason for picking my SLR Digital Camera named Mr. Poynter (Because you point it at things when you take the picture obviously) should be clear to one and all. It’s life, simple.

The most precious thing, MacFly. My communication with the world outside of Wolverhampton, outside the UK, my connection to the things I miss and love spread around the world. Storing of my life in form of music, videos and pictures. This is my iPudd, only better and I love it.

Yes Ida, I stole your Mac picture (but mine looks pretty much the same, I swear!)

Now it’s my turn to tag people for this challenge! Mohaha who to pick eh? Lemme see…

Monica, Camilla, Agata and Lise Marie! Go crazy now girls. Remember you can do it anyway you want it. Post a video, pictures, poems, whatever really, have fun!

Fooled…

Yes, last night did not end up completely like I had imagined it. So Ida Marie came to pick me up, not Camilla as I thought, and then she bloody hell blindfolded me! That was not fun bth, I hate surprises and people knowing stuff I don’t know, I feel stupid. They had arranged a surprise bday party (My first one ever btw) at JB11 (I knew we would end up there lol) where Ida x 2, camilla, monica, Errrrlend and my parents were. Like that’s not enough, KATRINE was there as well, and she lives like crazy far away, and had run away from home just for me :D I love her, it was awesome seeing her again, missed her loads. Made the night, seriously. Got pressies and that chicken baguette with bday lights on. Adorable. Even tho I was embarrassed and stuff (because I was being blindfolded and such in public, it was really nice. Had a great time, so thanks.

Love you <3

I’m growing up!!

I know, would you believe it?! Today I’m making dinner for my mum and dad, so it’s ready for when they get home from work, and I have also tidied upstairs! What’s going on?!

But between all this being ever so clever and good, I have had time to listen and sing along to some music, mostly The All-American Rejects, which I kinda have a high on atm. I simply loooooove their song Breakin’ from the new album When The World Comes Down.

Hold on tight
Wrap your arms around me til your knuckles are burning white
All your tears
Couldn’t match the bitter taste of all these wasted years

You can’t simply understand how amazing it is before you sing it out loud, I mean proper living yourself into it, and just BAH! Damn it’s soooo good. Hooooold ooo-ooon tight.. Darn it – it’s epic. LOVE.

Later tonight I’m gonna meet up with mates, Camilla is gonna come pick me up (seeing as I live in the woods away from everything there is to be away from) and then we’ll meet Ida x 2 in town. We will most likely go eat at JB11, where they serve the best chicken baguette you can imagine. It’s like heaven on earth. Then it’s off to do some singstaring if I’m not mistaking, singing out loud and awful as we do, should be great for all the lucky people in a hearing distance away from us.
