Starting this round is Karina, and she had quite a few questions;

What kind of kid and teenager were you? As a kid I had a lot of temper. Really stubborn and wanted things my way or no way at all. Got angry over things real quickly, but the anger never lasted very long, and a few minutes later I could be the happiest little girl again. Yet I was very kind and not much of a rebel really, came home in time for dinner, went to bed when my parents asked me to etc. As a teenager the temper cooled down a bit, still had it stored inside me, but I needed more to trigger it now. Still a good girl, never really up to much rebellious stuff, always respecting my parents. I think I wasn’t half bad actually!

What kind of posters was hanging on your wall when you were about 16? This was early period of loving McFly, so my room was covered in all the posters of McFly I could find.

From what side do you think you look best? My right side, ’cause that’s just right.

Do you sometimes try to teach Steven Norwegian? Oh yes, and I must say he’s picking up on it rather quickly. He knows the names of my parents and my siblings, and he also knows how to say I like you and thanks in Norwegian.

What do you really want to get for Christmas? A wide-angle lens for my Camera, just because it is pretty darn awesome pretty much.

3 items that would really please you to have in your hands right now? Steven, tho he might not be an item, my beloved teddy that I forgot at home after summer and the new style black collection from MAC.

What’s your favorite color? Right now it’s yellow. I change it from time to time, but always seems to come back to yellow.

What’s your favorite way of getting from A to B? I love to fly, the feeling you get in your stomach just as the plane take off or is about to land is soooo awesome, tho the time in between is pretty boring..

For how long have you been blogging? Oh my, I seriously have no idea! My first entry on this blog was on the 12th of October 2008, which means it is just over a year old, but I had another blog before that on blogspot, so I dunno really.

The next 5 questions comes from the beautiful Merethe;

What kind of camera have you got? I have a Canon Eos 400D that my mummy and daddy gave me a few summers ago.

What’s it like studying in England? I swear moving here is the best thing I have ever done, have not regretted it once. At first it was a bit weird how everything was in English, was kinda worried I wouldn’t be able to understand everything, but getting used to it it really isn’t a problem at all.

What is your favorite thing about your blog? I like having a place where I can write pretty much whatever is on my mind, also the notion of keeping people I care about updated on what is going on in my life when living so far away most of them.

When’s your birthday? January 27th, so it’s not that far away now until I turn 21, which is a major thing here in England. Gonna be epic!

What is your natural hair color?

Photo 52

There's a reason I color my hair

Helene asked me these two;

What are you most pleased with with yourself?

Photo 52i

My teeth

If you had to choose the picture you are most pleased with, which one would that be? I choose to believe you mean in the sense of photographs and not where I look the best, difficult to choose, but I really like this one;

Tea_Time_by_renatesolhaug

Sandra came back with a great question;

What sort of latesomdyr would you want to have? It would have to be a latesomflodhest (pretendtobehippo), ever since I was a tiny little girl, hippos have been my favorite animal, the pretend/latesom kinds or hippos that is, not the real deal, they are dangerous!

Even tho she knows most things about me, Ida also had some questions;

What could you not survive a day without? (You can not answer lip balm or Steven); Before I had read the whole thing I was like “that’s easy, lip balm! but no… then I thought Steven, but once again.. nope.. I’m therefor gonna be that geeky and say food.

Who inspires you the most in your every day life? A concrete answer to this question would be impossible, because there is so many people out there who inspires me, in different ways.

If you didn’t live in England and were studying foto, what do you think you would be doing now? I would most likely study something else not too far away from home, possibly Trondheim. I am so glad I’m here tho, and really wouldn’t change it for the world. If I didn’t know you (Ida) I wouldn’t have been brave enough to actually fulfill my dream and go abroad to study, which means I would’ve missed out some amazing times, never met all the amazing people I now call my friends and my boyfriend. I guess this kinda answers the question above as well.

Top 3 memories shortly described?

  1. Being on stage with McFly, eating pizza while watching them perform.
  2. First trip to England, everything so new and fascinating, making me certain I wanted to move there (here) someday. Front on the B-stage at Wembley, seeing all the London attractions etc.
  3. Partying with rockstars, epic times

Only 3? Darn I just took 3 of the top of my head now, I got so many amazing memories, that choosing the top ones are simply impossible, I have a life where complaining should not be allowed atm. Top 3 memories could easily be replaced with 3 other memories just as good. Halloween last year was good, Halloween this year will be better :) Oh my, I’m sooooo looking forwards to that now! I’m rambling, what was the question? Oh right. Well, I’ll keep those for now.

Are you wearing socks? If so, what kind of socks? No, in fact I am not wearing socks at the moment!

The last ones comes from the pretty Kayso, she’s got one of the best blogs I know, check her out.

When did you begin with photography, and why did you decide on studying abroad? I haven’t been doing photography that long, just about 2 – 3 years really, and it was all on a hobby basis until I moved here and started my course. So it was a lot to learn, I didn’t know half of what they were on about. I have always wanted to study and/or live abroad, especially in England. So when Ida moved here, the thought of moving that far away wasn’t that scary anymore and therefor I applied, got accepted and moved. Never regretted it since.

What kind of SLR would you recommend (me) people to buy? This depends on what you want with the camera. If you are just a hobby photographer, with no further meanings with your photography than on a personal level, a cheaper SLR is more than enough. A Canon Eos 1000D for example doesn’t cost heaven and hell, and is more than good enough. If you plan on selling your photography and make your way as a photographer, you would most likely pay a bit more to get those extra megapixels, tho you don’t really need the newest, most flashing camera out there, there are professional photographers who actually use Eos 400D and even the 1000D, you get along way knowing how to photograph what, and with the amount of lenses out there as well, you can take some brilliant photos. As you can tell, I’m a Canon girl, never tried Nikon, so not gonna tell you Canon is better or what not.

What’s the dearest thing you owe? I would be lost without my Macbook.

London Baby!

Renate, that would be me, and Ida, that would be IdaPida, took the tut-tut-train down to London Baby on Tuesday, for a few days of complete and utter randomness. On the day of our arrival the sun was shining bright in the sky, it was real summer temperature, what a great start. After some walking here, then some walking there we finally found the hostel we had booked for our stay. Obviously we had not booked the entire hostel for the two of us, but a room more like. After some undressing in the heat, we headed out into the big city to meet up with Erika, such a lovely, lovely girl we finally had the chance to meet. The three of us got ourselves a cooling frap from Starbucks each and walked over to this park thingy I can’t remember the name of, that was located right next to the London Eye. When bums started to fall asleep from sitting on the green gras, we walked to Leicester Square, where we had dinner at Wagamamas. I thought I did a splendid job eating with the chopsticks, until Ida told me I was supposed to break them apart. So doing that, made the eating part a hell of a lot harder. But in the end I had managed to get it all down in me tummy, and it was very yummy. After being fed we walked over to Soho where we had a drink, me and Ida had a mojito each while Erika enjoyed a cold beer. It was then time to say goodbye to Mrs Jones, hugs and smiles we parted, me and Ida walking by a Nordic Bar (Go Scandinavians!) on our way back to the hostel, where we of course had to enjoy a kopparberg. Okay then, three. Someone got rather tipsy, who that someone was is left for you to guess. I must say out of the decorations in the Nordic bar, the british people seem to think we celebrate christmas all year through. I told them we didn’t.

The next day we got up early. Had a nice little breakie at the hostel before taking the underground to Victoria, and the Apollo Victoria Theatre to buy tickets to go see Wicked the musical. And tickets we indeed got, front row ones for the afternoon performance. With a few hours to kill before the show, we explored the area around Victoria. We enjoyed mango-passion fruit juice and paninis, walked around the shops we could find nearby,  for example Topshop where we tried some pretty cool shoes, tho the heels would kill.

IMG_9427

IMG_9418

2:30 PM and it was time to go see Wicked, making our way front row we felt supercool, not gonna lie. The theatre was a lot smaller than what I had imagined, so we got proper close to the stage and more than once could I feel the cast make eye contact with me. Obviously, this could be me being paranoid, but I choose to believe this was the case. The performance was nothing but extraordinary, could not take my eyes off the stage and what was happening, goosebumps the entire show through from the amazing singing. Alexia did such a great job being Elpheba, and oh my if I could sing like her, I would be one very, very happy girl. So if you have not seen Wicked, it is highly recommended, go see it!

After the musical had finished, we walked through Hyde Park on our way back to Oxford Street. Nice little park there with some cute jumpiethingies (aka squirrels). We were meant to be shopping in Oxford Street, obviously, but sorry, London baby just ain’t Wolverhampton. Ended up with a tiny bag from H&M. Todays dinner were found at this restaurant called Spaghetti House, ironically neither me or Ida had spaghetti.

blog3

The last day spent in London baby were also a warm, sunny day, the perfect setting of a perfect end to our lovely getaway. It started off with breakfast at the hostel before we checked out and headed for Oxford street to do some shopping. Not that we were much better today when it came to that, I did end up with a little bag from La Senza tho, after getting a discount after a bra size fitting session. I was just between a 32 and a 34 (some would say I’m then a 33) so using a 34 was correct of me, yay go me. Tho I was a cup size bigger than I thought, not that I mind, I’ve always wanted bigger boobs haha. After walking here and there, store to store it was time for what may have been the biggest highlight of the trip. No we didn’t run into one of the McFly guys, nor did we book a job in Wicked, but it was just as good, cause James came in to London baby to see us! We went to Starbucks right away for lunch, I had my mocha frap, Ida and James had their caramel light frappes, we talked about pretty much everything, from McFly to life in the wilderness. We then stroddled off down to the Thames and the London Eye, me and James not nervous about going on a wheel that takes us up way hight just by the water, so we would most likely die if it fell over, no not at all. Ida on the other hand was shaking… (Did anyone believe that?) But fear not, we did indeed survive, it was not actually scary once we were up there. I guess I just felt safe knowing James was there to look after us. Evening time we took our dear to the Nordic Bar, as he loves us Scandinavians and everything that has anything to do with that. We had swedish meatballs, mash and gravy with lingonberry jam. Yum. And kopparberg of course. Awesome company, awesome food, perfect ending.

Howdy you trustful reader

What happened to my dashboard? It now looks all fancy and blue. I like it :D

So like most times I don’t know what I’m gonna write about, so let’s talk some more about that. Whenever I am bored I seem to do this, blogging I mean, but I don’t mind, cause I love my blog. My blog is fierce. Tho I am a bit tired of the layout, might change it. Again.

Tomorrow it’s Friday, and that means only one – 1 – week left of my first year at University! That’s mental, I feel like we just started for crying out loud. I’m almost done with all projects except the last one, but that will be okay, I’ll get that done no worries. Gonna miss my class mates over the break, we’ve got some kick ass people starting the second year in September I tell you. Hope you all will have a great summer, don’t forget about the Norwegian one please! I’ll miss you.

Today is Sarah’s birthday, our immature little brat has now turned 19(!) and tomorrow we’ll come with presents and drinks, for some nice food and company. Should be fun. Yet another I will miss during summer. I love you hun.

Here at home in our house the bugs are having a blast, especially in the bathroom. I must admit I won’t miss them that awfully lot this summer. Actually the opposite if I may say so. That goes for the big bug as well. Period several times a month much?! Djeez..

I went shopping yesterday, once again, this time alone so all pressure were on me. I was looking for light blue or gray jeans, found some in Primark, but bleh, they didn’t look good. So I went by TK Maxx, where I couldn’t find any. I did however find a green shorts thingy, picked it up, then went upstairs to the mens wear, where I found another shorts, tried them both on, and oh, the guy-shorts were pretty epic. I bought it. Then Ida has the nerve to say I only bought it because it’s like a Dougie shorts. Bullshit! I actually liked it and it is a Dougie shorts tjihi Let me take a picture for you.

I just checked out that Blazin Squad’s new single, that’s out in June I think, it’s pretty good actually. But I was sure they had split years ago lol. Apparently not. Now it’s only like 5-6 of them, compared to the camp they used to be. I’m not fussed, the fittest ones are still there, Lee and Kenzie. ANd oh boy, that Kenzie has become FINE… Yum, my newest friend on facebook haha xD But seriously, I’m drooling. He could be a guy for Camilla I reckon..

n1190425994_30357635_4630

 With that exotic look, brown eyes and killer body… Hmm, I change my mind, I don’t think Camilla would fancy him. At all.

I had more to say, but it’s getting late, going to the tanning saloon tomorrow morning so need sleep. Niiiight

Finally!!!

I’ve been waiting for The All-American Rejects new video for ages now, mostly because it’s the video for one of my favorite songs of theirs, The Wind Blows. I think it’s really cute, suits the song well I reckon. Some may say it’s boring (Ida), but I like it.

It kinda reminds me of The Heart Never Lies vid from McFly. Not saying it’s the same, but it has the same kind of feel to it. Though The Heart Never Lies is better.

I felt like blogging

That’s what I’m doing now. It’s going to be quite random (like that’s anything new) ’cause I’m not really sure what to write about. I guess we’ll find out as I keep going.

It’s kind of embarrassing, seeing yourself on so darn many videos on youtube, like here stuffing my face with pizza and showing off some killer moves, while relaxing on a sofa, on stage with McFly playing a Girls Aloud song called The Promise. Tho, I somehow keep linking this vid everywhere like Nettby, Dougiefied and Facebook even. Some may say I think it’s ubercool being in it, knowing so many people would kill to be there. Honestly, it is… It’s only when I see stuff like that I start to think about what actually happened to me on Tuesday. And the song, I love it. Only the cover McFly does, I don’t like the crappy original.

One of the highlights was a cover version of Girls Aloud’s Christmas hit The Promise which was a big improvement on the original.

-expressandstar.com
That’s freaking awesome that is.

My 15 minute fame in the media;

Exactly 24 minutes later, an unsuspecting VJ was escorted on to the set and into the glare of the spotlight to a crowd chanting his name. After he had made his exit, two members of the audience were invited on to the stage to devour the pizza.

- expressandstar.com

After getting a couple of pizza girls on stage to tuck in, Tom, Danny and Dougie continued to leap around with boundless energy and to sing superbly.

I promise, I’m done spazzing over this now. It gets old.

Me and Magda skipped the lecture today, but hold on before telling us off, we did go in to uni and did do uniwork! We both got our two prints for the Still Life assignment done, and boy that feels great. I even quite like my prints, don’t know if John and Susan will tho, but whatever. Tomorrow I don’t really have to go in to uni, as Su’s in Copenhagen, but yes miss goodie girl here is going in anyway. Me and Madzzz are gonna work on our Friday project, hoping to get at least some done.

Bah, camping for mcfly have messed up my sleeping habits. I’m tired like 10pm and awake before 8, something’s wrong!!

The longest, yet best couple of days

Ever.

Warning; Could be UCAP spoilers!

Right now I’m in bed, with a feeling of being hungover, slight head ache and ringing in my ears from last night. After 40ish hours of queueing outside the Civic Hall what can you expect, but hey, it was so worth it.

Me and Ida came down to the Civic around half 9 monday morning, where we met up with Sarah, Bex and her two friends, Amanda and Rachel. I had to leave again around 10 tho, to go to uni, shooting Still Life in the Studio. I feel so bad for the people I was on groups with, cause I was like stressing so much, yelling at them to hurry and such, so I could be done before half 12, when McFly were suppose to come to the Civic. They did let me go first, doing mine, and once I was done, I ran out right away to get there in time. I made it, they hadn’t turned up yet. So I sat down, chillen with the others, and they told me that a reporter from the biggest local newspaper had interviewed them, and that even I was mentioned. Pretty cool. Turned out I didn’t have a reason to stress like I did, cause they finally turned up around 1. Good thing was, we were only a few fans, the 6 of us and a couple more. First Dougie came out of the bus, looking gorgeous, holding his skateboard, and with my favorite hairstyle. Just amazing. Then Harry came, and since he was the closest one at this point, he was the first one we got pics with. We also gave him the scrapbook from the Norwegian fans, and a melkesjokolade (milk chocolate) from Norway. He thought that was pretty cool, and we also got a picture of him holding it, for all you awesome mcfly fans back home in Norway.

img_3279

img_3294

We then moved over to him, the most gorgeous guy I’ve ever seen, Mr. Poynter himself, and boy oh my, he’s amazing. Standing next to him, I could not really believe that I was actually getting my picture of me and Dougie. My Dougie picture at last, so surreal. And he’s even smiling in it! No funny face, no mr serious, no it’s a happy face, a “gosh-i-love-her” face. Okay maybe that’s just wishful thinking…

img_3319

Then Mr. Jones came out, looking all cool in his sunglasses, scrubby chin and also him, like the other two seemed to be in a very good mood. Got our pics taken with him as well, Ida finally got a Danny picture, the one she was missing, so all good.

img_3278

Tom took his time coming out of the bus, but when he finally did, we got a picture with him as well. He was wearing his new sunglasses and a hat, which didn’t look at all bad in real life James, so that so! haha. He seemed pleased that I said I liked his hat :)

img_3283

They toddled off inside for some soundchecking and such. The fans were just hanging around outside, and even got to hang by one of the doors, which were open, to listen to them rehearse. I don’t know how many times they played Transylvania, but that was loads. Not that I mind listening to Dougie sing, not at all. Then we just had to sit wait for the time to go by. Some guy from the newspaper came over to us, got our pics from when we met them, and took our details, so we also ended up in the paper the next day. Me, Sarah and Ida then went home to get some stuff to survive the night a bit later, got a blow up mattress to sit on and our Disney robes and such, las thing we wanted was to freeze to death. Some more people came to set up camp, we were about 30 in the end, camping outside the Civic. Pretty much everyone, except Ida who were making friends with the security guys, were stood down by the bus when McFly were leaving to go back to the hotel in Birmingham that evening. While waiting for them, some other guys came from other bands came out, that were playing at the Civic that night, a band called The Days for example. Me and Sarah thought this one guy looked famous, so he had to be in a band, and got a pic with him. Tho we do not know who he is. Then McFly time. First Dougie came out, looking just as fit as when he walked in, holding his skateboard. I said hi to him, before Sarah and the rest on the other side got a hold of him, taking pics with him, and the rest when they came out. I wasn’t fussed tho, I got a picture earlier that day. Then I suddenly noticed Dougie was standing in front of me, back towards me having just taken a picture with someone, and was now not doing anything. So I ever so carefully pricked his shoulder, and he turned around, smiling, I died, and asked if it was okay that I got a picture with him. He said of course, and so i did, with my cellphone as I had no camera. First I moved it to fast after pressing the shutter, so it came out all erm, nothing. I told him and I got another one, he this time stood still, looking at me, waiting to see if it turned out ok, which it did.

dsc00418

I then walked to find Sarah, as we had to go if she were to catch her bus. When I did find her, we bumped into Tom, and heck, got a picture with him as well. That would be my fifth Tom picture! I must say we look like mates eh?

p200409_2052

Long cold night now. Wasn’t as bad as the Milton Keynes signing tho, because that’s not possible. Didn’t sleep at all, because every time I was comfy enough to sleep, I started shaking real bad from being cold. Next day, early morning around 6-7ish me and Ida packed our stuff, and went home to get showered and changed for the concert. That hot shower was very much appreciated! When we walked back, the sun was up and warming, so it wasn’t bad queueing now really, even if we were less dressed. We really was blessed with good weather, thank God! Like that wasn’t enough, while sitting there in front of the Civic, that scary guy from HMV came and talked to one of the people working at the Civic, and I saw someone else were standing on the other side waiting for him. Yes, that’s right, that was Fit! Eeek, it’s only getting better and better right? So Fit walked across the road and came towards us, looking at the queue, talking to his work buddy and the guy the work buddy was talking to. I was drooling. Then they walked off to work. Wait wait wait, queue, queue, queue. Looooong day to put it like that. We talked a bit to Danny Hall or whatever his name is, from Son of Dork you know, he’s kinda cool.

Evening time, and gig time! So the campers had gotten a colored dot on their hands, and the awesome management at the Civic let us in before the rest. It was so cool standing by the barrier, seeing the others still standing outside. Me and Ida stood in front of Dougie, a bit towards Danny, perfect placement I’d say. The support act, Alex Roots, were pretty good actually. I like it, check her out. Then once the light went off before McFly came on, people started pressing like crazy. But no way if anyone were to press me out of my place, I was staying put. They all looked absolutely amazing, and they had never been better I swear.

To decide what’s their favorite city, they have a contest this tour, ordering pizza from stage, to see how long it takes. Fastest pizza delivery = best city. Dougie did a great job ordering it, tho it couldn’t be easy to hear, as the crowd weren’t exactly quiet.

While playing Transylvania, Dougie and Tom swapped instruments, so now we understand why the rehearsed that song so many times. It was totally epic.

zv26fm

2iurqrm

Took them a few songs to get the pizza, then they said they would let two fans up on stage, eating pizza and watching them play a few songs. People went mental I swear, Danny chose one of the girls we’d been camping with, Jess and then Dougie was gonna choose the other one. He looked around, before pointing straight at me, saying the girl in the pink top. I was in proper shock. Then a security dude came and lifted me out, and I got onstage, Danny asking me for my name, I told him twice, he still couldn’t really say it lol. So me and Jess was sitting on a sofa behind Tom, next to Harry’s drum kit, and himself of course, eating pizza and watching them sing.

el4301

It’s all quite a blur tho, I can’t really remember what songs they played while being up there. Tom asked us how the pizza was, it was really good. Tom even walked over to us a few times, saying we had to eat more. On one song he also came over and was standing in front of us, playing. God he was fit, I wasn’t sure where to look, so I ended up staring at his face, him all in concentration. Dougie walked over once as well, looked at us, before pouring his water over the pizza, making both of us wet, tho it’s Dougie Poynter, he’s allowed. Then Harry told me we should eat more, but nah, the watered pizza stayed untouched from now.

f3unv9

After 3-4 songs and Harry’s talk, Danny came and took our hands, leading us off the stage and back, while doing so being awfully handsome, and the security guys showed us back to the hall, to watch them perform the last three songs of the set.

Think maybe this was the best gig I’ve been to. Just maybe..

Ps. the pictures from when we met them during the day, it’s not the originals, so quality not the best. Still haven’t had them sent to me from Sarah.

Scotland

img_2950

Me and Ida took the train up to Scotland on Friday, for a few days up north visiting Astrid in Edinburgh. As soon as we got off the train, we heard some scottish someone say a real proper scottish “sorry” and both me and Ida grinned. Because we’re cool like that. She met us at the train station, then we took the bus to her flat. They (she and Maria, her flat mate) have such a beautiful place, making me and Ida even more eager to find a flat ourselves. We stayed in that night, watching telly and eating Tacos, and yeah, just hung out. Saturday and we woke up to beautiful sun shine (We wish that is). It was cloudy, windy and started raining during our guided tour, Astrid being the guide, making my feet soaking wet, as my lovely shoes have holes. Several.  I mean, the rain made my feet soaking wet, not Astrid being a guide. Despite the weather, Edinburgh sure seem like a beautiful city, I sure do like Scotland.

img_2904

Saturday night we went out to a pub for some drinking and social activities, meeting up with two of Astrid’s friends, Sam and Nikki. Both of them were really nice and Sam kept asking us questions about Norway, which I didn’t mind. That’s loads better than any awkward silence. Some drunken dudes told me I look like Sarah Harding, tho believe me, that’s only the hair. I wouldn’t mind looking like her tbh. Then I got coke and rum spilled all over me, having to dry my dress on the fancy hand dryers on the toilets at the pub. Well well, didn’t let that ruin my night, can always just wash the dress.

sdc102781

Sunday and a tab bit nicer outside, no rain, jippi! Once again we walked round town, being tourists, taking pictures like we like to do. Back at Astrids, we spent the evening making a scrapbook, here you can see there had to be some kick ass concentration to get it done properly.

img_3048

Monday morning we got woken up around 8 (mind you we fell asleep around like half 3 or something!) by the handyman that came to fix Astrid’s bathroom. We just moved into the living room, and fell asleep there, managing to sleep during his noise, wow, we had to be exhausted much! Later on, when we were all awake of course, we walked down to the stationary shop to get some paper and glue. Did some more scrapbooking and watch telly, before we got all dressed up looking dashing like we do, and went out drinking again, same pub as on Saturday. We finally got to meet Andrew, Astrid’s imaginary boyfriend, and some of his mates, before Sam showed up and also a bunch of his co-workers from IKEA.

sdc10321

Sam and me.
After one drink I was tipsy, then it just went from there, and me drunk = me very happy. And I was. We went to this crappy place after the pub, with awful music and it was waaaay crowed, but still drunk as I was, I had such a great time, talking bull****, drinking beer, laughing, dancing & snogging. We didn’t stay that long tho, as both Ida and Astrid weren’t as drunk as me, and could really see just how crap the place was. Fair enough, still had a wicked time.

Drunk enough to drink Michael’s beer, not drunk enough to do it without pulling faces.

Tuesday lazy day, watching telly, having chips for breakfast and packing. Went to some Mexican restaurant for food, then walked down to the train station, where we said our goodbyes. Then another train trip and woooops, back in Wolves, to an empty house, as Elisabeth has gone to Spain! :D

Today’s been a good day

Today I got up early, because today was the day we could finally buy our tickets for McFly’s Up Close……But This Time It’s Personal tour, and so we did. I got the standing tickets for Wolverhampton (YES THEY ARE COMING BACK TO MY TOWN AND THIS TIME I LIVE HERE TO ENJOY IT!!!!) not happy about that at all and Ida got our seated tickets for Leicester. The way it seems now, Wolverhampton is the opening night for sure, which means I can’t read spoilers before the gig, jippi! Aaaand Leicester seems atm to be the last date, which means we get to finish off the tour with our guys as well! Pretty amazing, and believe it or not, I am soooo looking forwards to it. I mean, this is why I moved to Wolverhampton, to see McFly perform at the civic! Hahaha not really, but it wouldn’t surprise you would it? hihi

They are at the moment back in Australia, to enjoy the sun, the beach and the warmth that England can’t provide. There are also some rumors about them recording a new album there as well, who knows. We will just have to wait and see. The Radio:ACTIVE DVD from Wembley is out May 11th which I’m really excited about. I was almost front row on that one (Meaning standing right behind the person front row who was shorter than me) so therefor I might be on it!! I’m not sure if I want to be or not tho. If I’m there I probs look like a total maniac with a Norwegian flag, and I would wish I wasn’t there. If I’m not on it, I would be kinda disappointed. Tricky subject.

I have also been a good girl and cleaned my room today, something that was highly necessary some would say. Now you can actually see the floor!! I have a carpet!! :O It will feel so great going to bed in clean and fresh sheets.

My bed is love to be honest.

Right now I’m trying to write a standalone for Ida’s standalone contest, it doesn’t go too well, but at least I’ve got more than two sentences now. She really wants me to write it, so I am trying. FOR YOU IDA! For you…

And last, I’m sorry I didn’t come to yours last night Monica, I got lost on my walk to you and had to ride a moose back to Wolves. It was kinda scary, but Hulberg the Moose was a real gentleman!
