Zefron virus!!!

Me and Ida went to see the new Zac Efron movie today, 17 Again, and boy we drooled! How can anyone have such a perfect face? I mean, I melt when he smiles.

smile

And his eyes shines like diamonds, they are breath-taking!

And lets face it, his body isn’t much to complain about either…

I quite like him dressed as well, he has got an awesome style, I want a boyfriend with a style like that and smile, eyes, nose, hair, body, talent etc. like that….

So yeah, we were pretty much drooling from beginning to end, cause there’s a lot of Efron in this movie. Yay! He wears a few checkered shirts in it, and he looks AMAZING in them. Damn, him in those, makes me kinda wanna well, rip them off… and do stuff.. *inserted censor here*

The movie itself, looking beyond Zac Efron’s handsomeness was quite good. I found it rather really funny, just my kinda movie. Totally gonna buy it on DVD, and then drool some more.

What’s it about?
Summary from imdb.
NB! Spoiler!

Popular high school senior Mike O’Donnell (Zac Efron) seemingly has it all. He is a star athlete headed straight for a college scholarship when he decides to give it up to settle down with his high school girlfriend Scarlet.

Twenty years later, an adult Mike (Matthew Perry) finds his life is not exactly what he expected. He is separated from his wife, Scarlett (Leslie Mann) and living with his best friend Ned Freedman (Thomas Lennon), his career at a pharmaceutical company is at a stand still, and his relationships with his teenage children are nonexistent. After getting passed up for yet another promotion at work, he returns to his high school to reminisce over his basketball awards and the life he could have had. While he is reliving his past, he is approached by a janitor and shares with him how things were so much better when he was 17.

As Mike is driving home from the high school, he sees the mysterious janitor standing on the ledge preparing to jump into the Los Angeles River. Mike rushes out of his car to rescue him, but when he gets there, the janitor has vanished. What Mike doesn’t realize is that he is about to fall into the river and turn into his 17 year old self.

Young Mike (Zac Efron) returns to Ned’s house, where he has the difficult task of convincing Ned that he is in fact Mike. At a loss of what to do, Ned pretends to be Mike’s father and they register Mike back in high school to finish the life he never had the chance to live.

High school presents a lot of new challenges for Mike, such as dressing cool, keeping up with the latest gadgets and making new friends. But nothing compares to being in high school with his own children. He discovers that his daughter, Maggie (Michelle Trachtenberg), is not nearly as innocent as he thought she was and his son, Alex (Sterling Knight), is the brunt of the star athlete’s jokes.

But Mike’s most difficult realization is that he hasn’t been a very good father or husband. Mike befriends Alex and tries to instill him with enough confidence to join the basketball team. He gets close to Maggie’s obnoxious boyfriend and does everything in his power to break them up. Most importantly, he visits an unsuspecting Scarlet and rediscovers all the things that initially made him fall in love with her.

Through his experiences, Mike realizes that he had chosen the perfect life he just never appreciated it. Now, he must figure out a way to transform back into his older self and won back his wife and kids.

Yeah, I like that Zac Efron guy, and I gladly admit it. Shoot me if you like, he’s hot no matter what.

Confessions of a Shopaholic

Just got home from Cinewold after seeing Confessions of a Shopaholic which is a really funny and cute movie. Could totally relate to the shopping drag, maybe not in that big of a scale tho, but still. Humor + shopping + a handsome british guy = a movie worth seeing.

“Struggling with her debilitating obsession with shopping and the sudden collapse of her income source, Rebecca Bloomwood unintentionally lands a job writing for a financial magazine after a drunken letter-mailing mix-up. Ironically writing about the very consumer caution of which she herself has not abided, Rebecca’s innovative comparisons and unconventional metaphors for economics grants her critical acclaim, public success, and the admiration of her supportive boss Luke. But as she draws closer to her ultimate goal of writing for renowned fashion magazine Alette, she questions her true ambitions and must determine if overcoming her “shopaholic” condition will bring her real happiness.” - Written by The Massie Twins

So if that sounds like a movie you could enjoy, go enjoy it. If not, go watch it anyway.

Over to me and my shopaholic issues. Me and Ida started fantasizing about getting a flat together, something more personal than 172 Dunstall Road. Don’t get me wrong, I like it here, but oh.. A flat.. With our furniture. Oh all the joy it would bring, but there’s an issue called money. I do not like facing the fact that not everything is made for us to get RIGHT now, because I want it NOW. Bleh. But dreams am I allowed to keep, and dreaming I did on Ikea online. (bad idea I know)

picture-23picture-41picture-33My bedroom would be beautiful <33
I guess I just have to keep dreaming. And start writing that book that will make me rich. Oh and win 124 millions on the lottery.

Cats vol.2

I still feel like I’m gonna end up with a bunch of cats, still don’t like cats so it still sucks big time. Me and Monica (My sister) just watched “Bend it like Beckham” and they are so cute where they run around being all crushing on each other. And when the bloke even have such an accent, it makes me even more jealous, because I wouldn’t mind a bf with a sexy accent. It’s not that I am that picky either, I do have TWO – 2 – crushes at the moment! (And that’s even without counting Dougie!!!) But nothing will happen there..

The first one I don’t even know the name of, he just goes by the name Fit, and he is totally gorgeous and soooo out of my league.
Then the other guy has a girlfriend and he’s cool and fit and nice and everything, and soo out of my league.

Then of course there’s Dougie, who is happy with his bloody perfect shit ass girlfriend, who frankly I kinda hate.
I’m such a bitter, bitter person aren’t I?

Ignore me, I’m happy it’s almost christmas!

Virgin Territory

Have you ever sat down to watch a movie, and you had this sort of idea what it would be like, just to figure out it’s nothing of the sort?

The only thing I knew about Virgin Territory was that it was a movie with Hayden Christensen and Mischa Barton. On the cover of the DVD it looked like a real action movie, not much haha, just love and fighting. Now I’m talking about the cover on my DVD, not the covers you might see if you google the film:

If I had seen these pictures before we sat down to watch the movie, I wouldn’t have been that surprised. But I was indeed, and I do think Ida was as well. Because instead of the action adventure of a serious film we were expecting, we got served a parody of these kinds of films, containing a lot of breasts, lust and a tiny little penis that had to stand in the beginning of the row. Poor thing. It was kinda stupid, but also kinda funny stupid. I kinda enjoyed it I’m afraid. Haha. And then again Hayden.. Come to mama. I wanna be a nun!

Nick Smith, he really did it after moving to Hollywood eh?

Let me once more add that I had no idea what sort of film this was.
